This recipe is good for the body. A healthy food for a health heart and body. Serves 4 person (1260 kJ (300cal) per serve)
500 grams lean pork
2 teaspoons polyunsaturated(healthy cooking oil) oil
1 clover garlic finely chopped
1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh ginger
3 stick celery diagonally sliced
6 shallots cut in thin strips
1 1/2 capsicum(bell pepper) cut into thin strips
1 1/2 cups cooked brown rice
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
Partially freeze pork, removed visible fats and slice thinly across grain into strips.
Heat oil into non-stick wok or large frying pan. Stir-fry garlic and ginger for 30 seconds. Add pork and stir-fry until browned. Add celery, shallots and capsicum and stir-fry for a further 2 minutes. Add rice and chili powder and stir-fry until heat through.
