In every small amount of polyunsaturated oil gently cook a dice onion until soft, add a small can cooked kidney beans or left over cooked beans, add a few drops chili sauce or 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder. Heat through and serve on toast.
Lightly spread one side of each piece of bread with polyunsaturated margarine. Place bean bake between the layers of bread and heat in jaffle iron.
