I don’t have any idea being a body fitness instructor but I see some of them when I visit a few gym in the city. I just saw them not meet them or know them personally but I have a friend who’s been a gym instructor before and knows a lot of fitness instructor working in a gym in the city. I even tag along with him once when he had an interview of one of the new build gym in a certain hotel here. He almost got the job but something come up and he ended up working to another company. Fitness instructor is the person who guide you when you want to be physically fit. The person who gives you instruction or guide you to your fitness program. You can always pay for a personal fitness instructor or personal trainer so he/she can focus only to your need in term of fitness exercise and fitness routine or let the gym company gives you one of their gym instructor every time you visit the gym for your daily exercise.
A personal trainer is a fitness professional involved in exercise prescription and instruction. They motivate clients by setting goals and providing feedback and accountability to clients. Trainers also measure their client’s strengths and weaknesses with fitness assessments. These fitness assessments may also be performed before and after an exercise program to measure their client’s improvements in physical fitness. They may also educate their clients in many other aspects of wellness besides exercise, including general health and nutrition guidelines. A qualified personal trainers recognize their own areas of expertise. If a trainer suspects that one of his or her clients has a medical condition that could prevent the client from safe participation in an exercise program, they must refer the client to the proper health professional for prior clearance.
Being physical fit is very important to all of us. It give us more strength and aside that we’re fit we can look good also not only on the outside but in the inside as well. It doesn’t matter if you have a personal instructor or gym instructor, as long as you exercise daily that’s all that matter. Healthy living. healthy heart and body will be next.
