Collage: The benefits of Fruits

My experimental collage, it is about the fruits the we normally eat almost everyday and the benefits of that fruits. Just like the old saying goes “An apple a day keeps the doctor away,” and the health benefits of fruit are many. They are more than just a rich source of vitamins. Fruit contains important vitamins that your body needs to stay healthy, like Oranges and other citrus fruits, strawberries and many other fruits contain vitamins C, A and E. These vitamins are important antioxidants, It keep us healthy, help digestions and Protection us from Illness. And here it goes… Have a fruitful reading!!!!!

  1. Fruits are my best friends now, plus veggies. Changing my eating habits has helped a lot in weigh loss and I feel better and healthier. 🙂 I’ll add this blog to my list as well.

  2. I love fruits! I wish fruits would be cheaper here, though. We always have fruits at home. Almost always, we have apples or oranges for breakfast.

  4. Great info. This reminds me of the RAINBOW rule in eating. Eat atleast one fruit or vegetable from each color of the rainbow everyday. So include something red, orange, yellow, green, blue, violet in your meals daily.
