I never know until now that tofu is good for our body. It contain high protein that needed in our body to keep energize and alert. I don’t really eat tofu that much because of the taste but when I learn that I can benefit from it, why not look for food that has tofu on it. And then, the Sweet and Sour Tofu come in the picture. I just saw it on one of my BF’s recipe book which owns by his mother.
I just have to cook it the right way though. I am not much of a cook but I can try this one. It simple anyway and the ingredients are easy to find as well. Maybe you should try it to, it’s healthy and the boyfriend said yummy.
