Gaining weight is basically easy for me but losing that extra handles is quite difficult. It takes hardship, determination and focus on working out to get back in shape. You’ll never know what it is like when you gain extra pounds until you are in that situation. Anyway, I have this goal for 2013 and that is to get back in shape. So, I decided to try this workout exercise DVD by Jillian Michaels. It was the best but then I lost focus and interest as I was so impatient to shred some of my fats.
