Don’t Skimp on Sleep

Go for seven to eight hours of sleep. One of the worst things we could do to our body, heart and mind is to not get adequate sleep. Sleep-deprive people are more prone to stress, overeating and general inactivity from feeling tired and weak. All these can lead to high blood pressure and high cholesterol which left uncontrolled leads to coronary heart disease.
