I love watching movies or any kind of show that will entertain me. And lately I have been very lazy doing school work. I enrolled this summer and so happen this week is our midterm and I should be studying. But instead I keep on watching movies and just peek on my notes everytime I don’t like a scene.
Anyhow, while watching or doing movie marathon, you can’t the pain sometimes in the back or neck. Well, you can watch standing up if you want too but what I do is stretch some part of my body so that it won’t get sore in seating or ache. Thats what I do. I called it the lazy exercise. It maybe senseless to most but it works for me, the lazy lady that I am.
